They will be able to acquire the basic nutritional knowledge and comprehend the applications of the skills in order to promote healthy eating for the general public, for example, reading nutrition labelling for smarter and healthier food choices, and discovering different types of diets for specific groups of people. Participants will also be explored with the nutrition related education and vocational training details, as well as the nutrition related job market trends and career path. * This workshop aims at raising secondary school students’ awareness of safety and injury prevention through imparting knowledge and empowerment. This workshop will offer an overview of injuries in Hong Kong, introduction of common sports injuries and their prevention in schools, hazard identification and the concept of risk assessment in schools.
After systematic assessment of the school environment with established risk assessment tools, students will be able to identify injury hazards from activities and environment in their campus and be empowered to make recommendations to schools for developing interventions to make their schools safer. Learning risk assessment method can also enhance students’ occupational safety and health awareness in their future career.

* The Wellness Recovery Action Plan is a self-help program developed by the American Mental Health Movement advocate Mary Ellen Copeland. It aims at introducing various physical and mental health tools and helping participants develop action plans to cope with different emotions. The workshop will help students face changes during puberty and pressure from academics and social relationships, thus they can maintain their physical and mental health, as well as improve their overall quality of life.
